Frank told BBC Sport that the unity between players and fans created something magical during the second half.
“We can create something magic together – the players and the fans – when we are united like we were, especially second half but also the Dortmund game,” Frank explained. He emphasized how the atmosphere and intensity pushed his players when they needed it most, praising the never-say-die attitude from both team and supporters.
The result extends Tottenham’s unbeaten run to four matches across all competitions, despite sitting 14th in the Premier League. Solanke’s return from a recurring ankle issue has been crucial, with the striker netting four goals in four starts since recovering from his six-month injury layoff.
Frank acknowledged the importance of having Solanke back, noting that “four goals in four games speaks its own language” and describing the striker as “very impressive” despite not being fully match-fit. The manager admitted he would prefer a smoother path but expressed satisfaction with four decent performances yielding an unbeaten streak.
