Bradford City Complete Season-Long Loan Deal for Newcastle Midfielder Joe White
White spent the opening months of the season on loan at Leyton Orient, where he made four appearances in League One before his recall to Newcastle United. The midfielder has previous experience in the lower divisions after spending all of last season on loan at Milton Keynes Dons in League Two, where he scored six goals in 35 games and established himself as a regular starter.
The 23-year-old has also gained Premier League experience with Newcastle United, making four substitute appearances for Eddie Howe’s side during 2024. White’s versatility and attacking contributions from midfield have attracted interest from several clubs, with Bradford securing his services for the remainder of the current campaign.
Bradford manager Graham Alexander expressed his satisfaction with the signing, highlighting White’s creative abilities as a key factor in the club’s pursuit. “Joe is a player we have admired for a while and we believe his creativity will bring an added dimension to our team,” Alexander said following the completion of the loan deal.
