The Brazilian winger underwent his medical examination in the Italian capital immediately after arriving from Portugal. Alisson Santos is now expected to travel to Naples where he will train with his new teammates for the first time under Antonio Conte.
Napoli have structured the deal as an initial loan until the end of the 2025-26 season at a cost of €3m. The agreement includes a future purchase option set at €20m, giving the Italian club flexibility over the player’s long-term future.
The signing represents Napoli’s second acquisition of the January transfer window following their previous addition of Giovane from Hellas Verona. Alisson will bolster Conte’s attacking options as they continue their campaign across multiple competitions this season.
The winger has demonstrated his quality this season with 18 appearances in the Portuguese top flight for Sporting CP. His European pedigree is equally impressive, having contributed three goals from eight Champions League appearances in the current 2025-26 campaign.
